Work is progressing in the village of Ampasindava, DIANA region! The program includes the construction of the reservoir, the filtration basin, the dam collection basin and the trench for the distribution line. As part of this project to access drinking water, Experts-Solidaires provides technical support.
This project is part of a decentralized cooperation between the Finistère department (France) and the DIANA region in northern Madagascar. It aims to supply the village of Ampasindava, with a population of 1000, with drinking water and to improve the sanitation situation. Indeed, the population of this village feeds on drinking water from two small wells with totally unsanitary water. The establishment of a water system will not only improve the lives of people there but also launch income-generating activities such as local tourism.
This project is supported by:

- Water Agency Loire Brittany
- Brittany Region
- Quimper Western Brittany (QBO)
